Nigga Rox Omuyekera was born in Budhumbula, Southern Division, Kamuli District.His real names are Kisambira Isa Rox who is a Ugandan Musician and entertainer who sings in Lusoflo style.A lusoga hip hop version.

Nigga Rox was born to the late mr Nabwana siraji Kisambira and Mrs Tibigabwa zainab.Born on 24th April 1992.He is the second out of four siblings.Two boys and two girls.

Nigga Rox attended st kizito primary school, kamuli township primary school and reverend nayenga primary school for his primary education and Golden college in Kamuli district, alliance high school soroti for his o level.

Nigga Rox started singing at an early age.he started mining while studying with his friends.This inspired him to give music  a shot.In 2011 he recorded a series of songs like that entitled kikoiko with his crew member City Q. He then recorded a series of songs including mama nsoli,saba inoko,naswika,omukolo,idha nkubonemu, neighbor,omgwiile beyi and lots more.He has worked with Busogaz leading audio producers including sir cofix , Romeo beats,lex more . He predominantly sings in Lusoga Language. His unique rapping style is drown from the success of Ugandan renowned rapping icon GNL Zamba. Nigga Rox is popular for his energetic stage performance which has gained him much support from the youths in Uganda.

He however dreams to make it big to international levels.
