TWINOMUGISHA POLITO musically known as "SHAW POLITAL"  (born 11 OCTOBER 1997), is a Ugandan musician, artist and performer from Western Uganda Rukungiri District, Rujumbura county, Bwambara sub county KIRAMA. Who started his journey of music  in 2017 when he  released his first song tittled "Otandiza" under his own Record Label "CLEAN MINDZ MUSIC". He started recording music in 2007 and has several songs to his name as well as several collaborations with AKILEO, AFRAH and FIRE MWETI,.

POLITAL  is known by Uganda's music audiences for his lyrics which has made him a favorite of some  rural and urban Ugandans. In 2017, Polital joined hands with Akileo and they produced Nabasinga  song.  In 2020 ,he collaborated with a young female  musician AFRAH, "I love you" and "Webale kusiima" and laiter in 2021 collaborated with FIRE MWETI in a song tittled "Otandeka"  POLITAL released a song in 2022 "TUTAMBULE"
