Mwanje shafik aka SickMan Legacy(RIP) was on 27 December 2003 in the town of Busembatia  Bugweri District,  he grew up in a very hard life where by he had to drop out school and focus on searching for day to day  food,  sickman started music in 2020 with  Kukabala as first song and mc criso as his trainee and song writer,  sickman (RIP) used to sing Dancehall and Lega flo music.
