Smart jay international is a Ugandan musical artist also known as  Kiirya Emanuel,He was born in the year 1998 in Jinja district,Mafubira town,He went to Hill side secondary school Musita and is where he completed his O level from,Rolling back to the hands of time,Early February year 2024 he started doing music by releasing his first audio tune called Ssinva, up to now many songs has been released.
