The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has welcomed a move by neighbors Rwanda to reopen the Gatuna border, to allow crossing of Ugandan Nationals and trade into their country.

FDC wants the inspector general of police (IGP) Gen. Kale Kayihura to immediately replace senior police officers implicated in the kidnapping of President Paul Kagame’s body guard.
