Clement Bhotosa famously known by his stage name as uncle clement is a south Sudanese Afro Star.

 He started music in 2024 in Bidibidi Refugee settlement. And still doing great in music,He released his  first hit song titled Betty which has been come veral in different socal media platforms .He was born on 18 November 1998.

Besides being an artist, uncle clement is a Radio presenter at Bidibidi fm 95.3 a radio established by UNHCR,  in Bidibidi Refugee settlement.
