WITIGAN SURGENT was born on 1th/April/1998 by Mr Siraguma Deo and Mrs Nanyonga Harriet of Semuto. he started school at St Gonzaga primary school, where she later joined Mul_ssa high school semuto where he completed her A'level. Then later He Joined makerere University where he got A degree in music Dance and drama (M.D.D) he is Serugo Patrik by names,  A.K.A WITIGAN SURGENT. Officially he started music 2014 with asong tittled NJAKUBAVUBA, Later in 2019 He come up with a another song called JEMPE.
