Makerere University Student Brutally Murdered, Body Dumped Water Channel

Parties are often occasions of merry making, and fun, ironically, two university students have perished in the space of less than two weeks. On Saturday, Mathias Kamara, a 2nd year, Tourism student at Makerere university attended a party with friends at Kyambogo university. After the party his friends decided to hit the club, he however declined reasoning that he’d want to go to Church on Sunday, at about 1am, he parted ways, that was the last he was seen, breathing.

Five days, he’s been missing till his body was found, in a water channel of Kikoni after Douglas Villa hostel. His Body was found on Wednesday night. It was in Mulago mortuary by press time. May his soul rest in peace.
