In Basket ball circles, Young Mulo is a street kid who is yet to whisked away to kampiligisa Rehabilitation Home for Street Children by KCCA officials.
The dimunitive singer, who weighs as much as a basketball was introduced at half-time during the playoffs on Wednesday. He was however welcomed by boos, something he ignored and went ahead with his performance.
By the time he finished his first song, the Worrior Players were back on court warming up for the third quarter and the crowd was up-in-arms, shouting "off off off" as he started his second hit.
The Falcon Players stepped on as well and the game resumed immediately before the singer finished his second song ( Nga Bwetulya Cash ). Mulo walked out of the Lugogo Indoor Arena with his head down.
Falcoms won 3-1 on series to make it to the finals where they will face loaded City Oilers who defeated Power 3-1.
The other finalists are KCCA Leopards and UCU lady Canons. Finals are on Today at Lugogo Arena.
We donot expect Young Mulo within 100 metre radius of a basketball court anytime soon.
