'Porn-Star' Panadol Wabasajja Singer Sent Back To Luzira

Embattled  musician Jemimah Kansiime a.k.a Panadol Wa Basajja has been sent back to Luzira by Makindye court after she failed to bring sureties.

Panadol Wa Basajja and Producer Did were jointly charged for producing pornography and promoting it. Producer Didi pleaded guilty to producing pornography and he was fined Ugx 200,000.

While appearing before the magistrate at Makindye court, prosecution stated that Didi and Kansiime unlawfully produced, trafficked in, imported, exported, sold and abetted pornography contrary to the new anti-pornography law. The offence is punishable by a 10 year jail term or a fine of Ushs 50million
