Rihanna’s reputation precedes her. Even though the 28-year-old Barbadian singer has more dance hits than Beyoncé, and just dropped a number one album earlier this year, Rihanna is still best known for doing what she wants, when she wants. Sometimes that means walking out of a restaurant with a glass of wine in her hand, and sometimes that means rolling a blunt on a security guard's bald head. One never can tell with RiRi.
Still, in one of the more bizarre Rihanna sightings in recent memory, the singer can be seen singing in a McDonald’s with a receipt stuck to her forehead.
Though it remains unclear what the singer's late-night McDonald’s order consisted of (or how much Rihanna had to drink beforehand...), the Shade Room first posted a clip from the outing over the weekend.
“This is not McDonald’s behavior,” Rihanna's friend can be heard saying in the video. The singer, meanwhile, gently berates the cashier for not calling her number. “That is a pretty long-ass McDonald’s bill, though. Seriously.”
The trip seems to have taken place in Zurich, Switzerland following the singer's performance in the city on Friday night, and Rihanna could later be seen exiting the restaurant with two large McDonald's bags in hand.
In the past, Rihanna’s behavior at the Golden Arches has been decidedly more discreet. The singer was spotted at a McDonald’s in 2011, and fans awed at her demure behavior.
“It was amazing to see one of the world’s biggest female stars queueing like everyone else,” a fan told the Sun at the time. “I was the only one who realised it was her. She took her food, paid and slipped away—no one batted an eyelid.”
