There are rumours making rounds that former NTV T-Nation show hosts Kleith and Sheila Gashumba quit the Serena based TV station, BUT, the truth is they were too old to host the show any longer. I don't why that's so hard for them to tell and should it be any difficult for you to figure out?
They were fired, .. well, that might seem like a harsh word to use since they didn't do anything wrong... NTV "Let Them Go" and it's difficult for them to take in. They probably didn't see that coming, did they?
Eventually everybody grows up. When you get old, there are something you stop doing or get forced to.
NTV's T-Nation is a teens program and so, you won't expect someone in their 20's to host the show because it breaks the point of it all being a teens programs and when there is some very talented kids out there who could probably do it better.
