Busted: City Rumour-monger Zahara Totto Recycles Red Carpet Dress

Recycling clothes is not common among celebrities but a few of them have made it a habit to revisit their favourite clothes.

Spark TV's Zahara Toto is proving that there is nothing wrong with recycling an outfit,  beautiful clothes should last a lifetime.

While appearing at Miss Uganda grand finale at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala on Friday, Zahara Toto was dressed in the same jumpsuit that she wore at the Pafa18 White Party.

Zahara Toto adds on a long list of other celebrities that recycle clothes. These include; Fik Fameica, Lydia Jazmine, Jose Chameleone and many more.
