On Friday, women activist Stella Nyanzi was sentenced to 9 months in jail for cyber harassment.
After the judge read out her sentence, the former Makerere University research fellow undressed in front of camera and hurled insults at the judge.
The Minister of Ethics and Integrity, Fr. Lukodo has threatened to extend Stella Nyanzi’s time in jail over undressing.
According to Fr. Lukodo, she deserves more time in jail for indecent exposure of her body parts.
“The verdict was a result of her earlier behavior. She should have accepted the consequences of her actions. She committed another offence by undressing herself. She might be charged again,” said the minister.
This was not the first time Stella Nyanzi undressed. Two years ago, she undressed at the Makerere University.
