Socialite Don Nasser is going to be running around after the lockdown to get back his Range Rover that was impounded by police on Wednesday.
It was taken to Katwe Police Station after Nasser was found cruising around town yet he did not have a sticker.
According to the Presidential directives, only essential workers are allowed to drive around save for emergencies.
