Singer Mansoor Ssemanda, popularly known as King Saha, recently disclosed that his recent illness was the result of poisoning. In an interview, he revealed that his close friends had intentionally poisoned him for their own selfish reasons.
A few months ago, King Saha was urgently admitted to Nakasero Hospital in critical condition. Many of his critics speculated that his condition was a consequence of his known drug misuse, particularly marijuana. There were also rumors suggesting that Nakasero Hospital had recommended Saha to seek rehabilitation in order to stabilize his mental state.
During an interview with a local TV station, Saha openly discussed the details of his illness, revealing that it was caused by poison. He shared,
"I have been dealing with the effects of poison that was given to me by individuals I considered my 'Close Friends.' This poison led me to seek treatment in various hospitals, including in America, where doctors informed me about the poisoning. I was shocked to learn that I had been intentionally poisoned, but I am gradually recovering after receiving treatment."
