In a video circulating on social media, musician Pallaso is seen exchanging insults with his hotel neighbors over noise pollution.
It is alleged that the singer threw a party on Wednesday night, and loud music played until 5:00 am in the morning.
Pallaso is seen exchanging words with a foreigner who castigates the singer for preventing them from sleeping, even after paying a significant amount for room bookings.
Pallaso claims he has every right to enjoy his country and will not be restrained by foreigners.
“In my country, I do what I want. I'm Ugandan; I do what I want. When I leave Uganda, I do what they want, but it’s different in Uganda,” he is heard telling a lamenting foreigner.
Our efforts to reach out to Pallaso didn't yield much, as his known phone remained unattended after countless attempts to reach him.
