Former Bukedde Television host Flavia Namulidwa has allegedly returned to the country after spending nearly five years in the United States of America.
While in the U.S., Namulidwa was engaged in casual jobs and managed a YouTube channel.
According to Bukedde Television, she is now back in Uganda and intends to contest for the Gomba East Constituency seat in Gomba District.
She is reportedly aspiring to run on the National Unity Platform (NUP) ticket.
It is worth noting that Flavia Namulidwa is highly regarded within NUP circles and is a close associate of Bobi Wine.
Namulidwa gained fame through the popular "Oluyimba Lwo" program, which she hosted on Bukedde Television for several years.
