The postmortem results are in and the worst suspicions confirmed: the fallen dance-hall star, AK47 died of a drug overdose.
According to Dr Moses Byaruhanga, a forensic pathologist who reportedly headed the team that carried out the postmortem on AK47's body, the singer was OD'd before he slid and fell unconscious in Jeff Kiwa's pub, DeJavu.
The 25-year-old was pronounced dead Mar. 16, at Nsambya Hospital after he was rushed to the health facility on collapsing in the washrooms of DeJavu.

The club has since been closed to pave way for investigations in the case filed under; SD:101/13/2015.
However, AK47's family do not believe in the postmortem results but his mom was quick to add: "even if I reject, will it make a difference, let may son rest in peace".
The body was laid at National Theater where fans, friends and family converged to pay their last respects to the fallen "Champion" singer. They waited in the scorching sun for hours to mourn the talented artist and by 5:00pm, it's when the A-Plus Mercedes hearse which was transporting the body arrived at the cultural centre.

The body spent the night at the theater.
By the time AK47 died, he had recorded a song titled "Ndi Mulokole" which means, "Am a Born Again". According to reports from Uganda Online, the song was to be debuted at end of this month at Club Silk.

Yesterday, most Radio and TV stations were the whole day playing AK47's music as a way to say farewell to the singer.
