It's a genius battle!
The executive director of Uganda Media Center Ofwono Opondo and Former FDC president Dr. Kizza Besigye might not be getting along on twitter following the latter's tweet about the late singer Harriet Kisakye (RIP) who was burried today, April. 27.
After Kisakye's condition worsened while at Mulago hospital, Dr. Kizza Besigye paid her a visit and hired an ambulance to transfer her to Internal Hospital Kampala. He reportedly deposited 15M shillings in efforts to get her treated.
At the time when the sad news about the singer's death broke, Besigye was in Mbarara.
He says "The terribly sad news of the untimely death of Harriet Kisakye has found me in Mbarara" -- he also says he's grateful to whoever did the needful.
His tweet read:
The terribly sad news of the untimely death of Harriet Kisakye has found me in Mbarara. Am grateful to all who have done the needful. RIP

However, Ofwono hurriedly jumped into the conversation challenging the Dr's English. In his reply, he asks "Sad is already terrible. So what is terribly sad news about a death of a person?".
@kizzabesigye1 Sad is already terrible. So what is terribly sad news about a death of a person? @skaheru @Jadwong

I would say that wasn't the right moment to remind people that you're a genius ... but then ... what the heck do I know about politicians.
