Nigerian singer D'Banj (born Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo) will be gracing a stage in Kampala during the Ciroc Pineapple launch set to be held at Guvnor Club, November 13.

The mulit-award winning musician who also doubles as Ciroc Africa ambassador arrived last evening and will headline the “Art of Tropical Luxury” party at which a new brand of Ciroc, Ciroc Pineapple, will be launched.

Popularly known as "Kokomaster", the 35-year old star has won several awards on the continent such as "Best African Act" at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2007, "Artist of the Year" at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2009, "Best International Act: Africa" at the 2011 BET Awards and "Best-selling African Artist" at the 2014 World Music Awards Evolution award at the 2015 MTV Africa Music awards.

According Uganda Breweries Limted's Luxury Brands manager Anette Nakiyaga, revealed that the tickets for sell as well (sh1m for a table of five and a Ciroc bottle) and 200k for broke guys.

The event will be held in and out of Guvnor on First Street. Part of the street will be cordoned off to accommodate the enclosed stage. to the organisers of the show tickets go for 200K.

D’banj was mobbed by media at the airport.

Ciroc girls welcomes the Koko Master at Entebbe. Instead of the usal bouquet of flowers, they presented the Koko Master a bottle of Ciroc.
