Rukungiri Police Officer Shoots Wife like An Animal

Rukungiri Police arrested one of their own after being criminated for attempted murder.

According to Justus Twinamatsiko, the officer in charge of Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department at Rukungiri Police station (OC CIID), the accused goes by the name, Milton Byamugisha a constable at Kagunga Police Station in Rukungiri district.

We’ve been told that Byamugisha reportedly shot his wife, Immaculate Kobusingye twice on Sunday night after an argument went south. As luck would have it Immaculate survived the terrible ordeal however she is still in critical condition at Nyakibaale hospital 

Byamugisha is currently being detained at Rukungiri central police station as investigations on the matter proceed.
