Two beasts will spend 30 years in jail after shamelessly confessing to defiling two little souls.
Edward Kasozi and Vincent Nsubuga committed the uncivilized and shameless acts in 2015.
According to prosecution, Edward Kasozi a resident of Kikaya in Bulenga, and an HIV positive patient told High Court Justice Wilson Masalu Musene that he defiled a one and a half year old baby whose parents had left in the house sleeping.
Court documents further indicate that the defiler had gone to borrow a hoe from the baby’s parents but did not find them. He would later enter the house and force himself on the toddler in the absence of its parents. The incident happened on March 3rd 2015.
He pleaded for mercy, but was handed a 17 year jail term.
Meanwhile, Vincent Nsubuga told court that he defiled a three year old baby girl belonging to his neighbor on July 1st 2015. He pleaded guilty to stealing the child away from its mother, like a monster and forcing his grown as* body on her.
He also pleaded for mercy but the judge sentenced him to 19 years in jail.
Justice Musene told the two beasts that their case fetched a death penalty, but since the toddlers’ mothers had forgiven them, they would survive with 36 years.
He called their actions uncivilized, barbaric and cruel before advising them to look for women their age, next time they have a chance of sleeping with a female being.
