Chris Brown's one-year-old daughter has developed asthma from the marijuana and cigarettes her dad and his crew smoke in front of her, according to the tot's mother.
Nina Guzman has accused the singer of exposing their daughter Royalty to an extreme amount of second-hand smoke in new legal documents.
In the papers obtained by editors at TMZ.com, the upset mum claims her kid usually smells of smoke when Royalty returns home after visiting her father, and she wants to restrict his visitation rights. Guzman has asked a judge to force Brown to hire a full-time nanny, or quit smoking around his daughter.
She has also requested Brown submits to random drug tests and be banned from using drugs or drinking alcohol around Royalty. Guzman has also asked for a huge raise in the child support she receives from the singer - the legal documents suggest she is asking for an increase from $2,500 a month to nearly $16,000 a month.
A representative for Brown has yet to comment on the report
