Just when we think the industry has run out or short of tricks to thrill us fans with, there’s a dramatic switch up of things, as in… in very epic manner and these strings of happenstance sometimes leave us with our mouth agape. The way the entertainment sector has transitioned time after time, leaves even much more to be expected as newer years come and go by.
Well, the first half of the year 2016 is here. Musically, it is yet to be an amazing year, though the Uganda General Elections hampered creativity of musicians through their Tubonga Nawe project.
And as we enter yet another season where we take stock count of who did what and what we loved the most, we’re thrown into a dilemma of choice over who reigned supreme considering it’s been a tough year full of activity and drama, this 2016.
So we’re taking time out to yarn about The Artiste of half of year (2016) and The song of half of year (2016) so without further ado.
