High Court Judge Wilson Masalu Musene has granted the main suspect in business woman Donah Katusabe’s death Bail.
Sebuwufu’s release comes just a day after former CPS boss Aaron Baguma who is implicated in the same case was released on Bail too.
He is the proprietor of car pine bond in Kampala where Katusabe was tortured to death over failure to pay Sebuwufu 9 million shillings debt from a car purchase.
However, the business man who had earlier been denied Bail today was released on a 10 Million cash Bail. His sureties on the other hand were ordered to pay non-cash bond of 100 Million each.
Sebuwufu was also ordered to deposit his passport with the court and must report regularly to the court starting October 7th.
