A few months ago Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) placed struggling local television station, WBS under receivership over sh7.2b tax arrears.
The process was to ensure that the tax arrears are paid, however, hope to recover the money has continuously become difficult. And because of that, it has been closed. Below is the notice of closure
