Sheebah Karungi’s music career is growing to astronomical heights– the reason why she is winning Awards. She is a very hard working singer.
However, being Uganda’s best female artist is not an easy feat to maintain, especially when you’ve always fed your fans with good music. For some reason, Sheebah didn’t put enough effort in the remix of her Nkwatako song featuring SolidStar.
Production of the remix was as good as a pair of toddlers who just started experimenting with speech on the beat. The song lacks the enthusiasm; brilliance one would expect from a singer everyone thinks will rule Africa in a few years.
It’s safe to say Nkwatako remix is not a spectacular song. I must confess, it took three or more plays to come up with a vibe for the song!
All in all, it is a very average song which will stay on top because of the name SHEEBAH! I may be wrong, but Nkwatako remix will only be remembered as the average song. Sheebah, you can do better than this!
