Media personality Douglas Lwanga has some critical words for female musicians in Uganda.
Lwanga, who possesses significant experience in the music and media industry, asserts that female musicians are being somewhat lax and focusing more on taking pictures.
He believes they should be prioritizing creating music for their fans, with social media pictures complementing their musical work.
"I think some of them have placed more emphasis on taking pictures rather than on music, and that's the issue I have with them. We also need good music," he expressed during a discussion on the NBS After 5 show earlier this week.
Douglas Lwanga's comment arose while the After 5 hosts were discussing what factors contribute to a musician's continued success while consistently releasing music.
