Musician Acidic Vokoz has revealed he recorded "Last Chance" while under pressure.

He almost quit music because his friends, who he started with, were making countless hits and earning a fortune from their songs, yet he was earning nothing.

His friends were driving vehicles and owning expensive jewelry and phones, while he was still struggling with an Android.

He recorded "Last Chance" as a final effort; he would have quit if it hadn't become a hit.

"'Last Chance' is not about love, it's about my career. After numerous trials to get a monster hit in Kampala, I recorded it as a last option and was considering quitting if it didn't become a hit. I was under pressure because all my friends were making it big with their music, and I was the only one struggling," he said in part during an interview with a local television station.

Acidic Vokoz maintains he will always be grateful for the success of the song.
