Mesach Semakula has a long history with Ugandan music and is one of the most respected and successful artists in Uganda.
With such a background, the band singer has confirmed that he is writing a book about his life story, which will be released when he turns fifty.
The singer explained that he wants to tell his story to inspire the younger generation and serve as a driving force for the less privileged and those who feel like giving up on life.
"I am writing a book to tell my story, and it will be out when I turn fifty. It will bring my life story to the people, the children, and everyone who may feel inspired," he said in an interview with a local television station.
The singer confirmed that he is planning to publish the book alongside a concert, which will be dubbed "Mesach at Fifty."
