Musician Mike Wine featured social media influencer and adult content creator Pretty Nicole in his latest music video, which has been circulating online.

Various critics have accused Mike Wine of exploiting a minor for personal gain, calling on the government to take action.

The critics claim that Pretty Nicole is only sixteen years old and should not be engaged in employment.

However, city lawyer Male Mabirizi has dismissed these allegations, stating that Mike Wine did not break any laws.

Mabirizi cited the constitution, which allows sixteen-year-olds to engage in gainful employment.

"The constitution permits children aged 16 and above to engage in gainful employment, so Mike Wine acted lawfully by giving Pretty Nicole an opportunity," Mabirizi said, referencing Article 34, Rule 5 of the constitution.
