Musicians Lil Pazo and Gravity Omutujju were scheduled to appear before the Uganda National Cultural Centre (UNCC) board on Monday over allegations of vulgarity in their music.

However, the artists failed to show up, leading to a ban on their performances during the festive season.

Lil Pazo, dissatisfied with the decision, has threatened to camp at Phina Masanyalaze’s home, arguing that performing is his livelihood.

"You are sabotaging my music, my life, and my children's lives. My music doesn’t play on TV or radio, so why ban my shows? I will bring my family to your home because I can’t survive without performances," he stated.

He urged the board to reconsider the ban and focus on more pressing issues.
