Musician Mukasa Yasin, popularly known as Lil Pazzo, has announced his intention to contest for a parliamentary seat in the upcoming 2026 elections.
The singer took to his social media to declare his aspiration to run for MP of Kooki County in Rakai District.
He plans to contest on the National Unity Platform (NUP) ticket and is confident of receiving an endorsement from its President, Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu, also known as Bobi Wine.
Notably, in the previous elections, Lil Pazzo had expressed interest in contesting but withdrew after losing the NUP ticket.
He joins Catherine Kusasira, who has also declared her intention to run in the upcoming elections.
