Finally something brought these talented singers, Rema Namakula and Irene Ntale together. The introduction ceremony of the daughter of one of Uganda's most prominent business men.
Rema and Ntale attended Zurah Mutaasa's introduction on Saturday while wearing gomesis (full-length traditional colourful garments worn by women in Uganda).
Ntale later took to her instagram account and shared a photo of herself, Rema and Zurah with a caption: "Kwanjula for the lovely daughter of Mutassa Kafeero @marscey20 also the lovely @remah001 it's been nice seeing u dear".
No doubt, they hated wearing the gomesis and the smiles were probably made up ... but who cares anyway -- they looked stunning.
A few months back in 2014, Ntale was asked in a red carpet interview by 'Loud & City' if she would make a collabo with Rema and her response was "I think so" with of course a big fat grin ... which clearly meant "No, I don't think that can happen, but ...".
Now that we have a photo of them together, we hope they can think of making a song together as well.
