Keyner released a jam titled 'Balafu'. The fast and rising rapper drops swanking bars and punchlines in a way you’ve not heard before, literally.
Perhaps as an attempt to change from his previous rapping style, the Cow & Chicken hit maker features female song bird and vocalist Naira Ali to create this Luga Flow master piece of a song.
Asked about this major twist, Keyner told us, “It's a new year, fresh ideas and more projects are coming”.
Keyner is recognized for songs like My Life, Kiki kyomanyiko, Cow & Chicken and Kwanini among others.
Balafu was produced at Keyner's own recording studio, K-Records.
We asked how he met with Naira Ali to work on the song and he responded;
Me and Naira are friends. I contacted her manager and told him I would like to do a song with her and he said it was okay. So, the next day, Naira came to my studio.
I had already arranged the song verses. She added the hook & the song came out dope, then me and ricko mixed and mastered it.
