The Awo singer made a stopover at Club silk where hundreds of campus students had turned up, thanks to an open door to them until midnight.

Dressed in a floral white top that exposed the largest part of her back, black Patra shorts and white Supra shoes, Leila hit the stage at 1am with her song with Chameleon, Hooray sending the whole of the place into frenzy.

After four minutes of jumping, screaming and waving all being in enjoyment of the song, Leila drawing a smiley face, perhaps of the love she was getting from her fans asked, “which song do you want me to sing next?”

The response of the revelers would make one who is in the country or Club for the first time think it had been rehearsed! “Awo” they all shouted at once as soon as she finished asking the question. But may be that song was not readily Awo (there) as the musician sang Morning Breakfast, which too, has enjoyed tremendous success like Hooray.Leila Kayondo

The song was met by wild screams and in seconds everyone in the club was Jiggy while others opted to sing along. A courageous male fan added more joy to the party when he hit the dance floor where Leila was performing from. They danced for the biggest part of the song sending the others into wild excitement and handclaps.

The party was kept going when she belted out her latest song with Chameleon, Relaxing. The song which currently biggest songs receiving regular airplay on  local airwaves and Clubs, was not anywhere like making revelers relax just like its title.

It was after performing her biggest hit Awo, that the fans relaxed, after all they got there, where they had been yawning to reach since the beginning of her performance.

After her performance lights were switched as DJ Shiru got to the decks – spinning away the night for the campusers.

Meanwhile the other performers of the night were MC Yala, Yoyo and Small Axe
