Local Kadongo Kamu singer Lord Fred Sebatta has offered all his music and rights to General Salim Saleh for money.
The elderly musician says he is choking on debts. He wants money to clear them and also cater to his hospital bills.
"I want General Salim Saleh to buy all my music and take all the rights such that I can get money to pay off all my debts and get treatment as well," he partly said.
Lord Fred Sebatta is one of the legendary Kadongo Kamu musicians in Uganda. He has been in the industry for over 30 years.
