Musician Jose Chameleone has confirmed his "Legend in Gold" concert is happening on the 31st of August this year.
The singer revealed the show will be taking place at the Serena Hotel in Kampala.
The legendary singer explained he took a long time to confirm the dates and activation because he didn't want to interfere with Weasel's concert, which is taking place next weekend.
The promoter of the show, comedian Bugingo Hannington, explained they reduced the prices because of the poor economy, but they plan to organize a strictly $100 show when the living standards improve.
"We were supposed to charge USD 100, but because of our economy, we’ve set the prices at UGX 150K and 200K. When the economy gets better, Jose Chameleone will come back here and do the USD 100 show," Bugingo revealed.
The show will be a celebration of Chameleone's legacy in music.
