Musician Ragga Dee has warned upcoming musicians not to attempt to redo his music without permission.

The singer explained that he must be paid if someone wants to use his works. He invested knowledge, time, and money to create a piece, and whoever is interested has to reach out to him.

Ragga Dee says he has personally redone other people's works, but he does so only after getting consent from the owner.

"I have to be paid for someone to redo my song because that's how it has been since way back. I have personally done other people's works, but I only do so after signing an agreement with the owner," he said in an interview with a local television station.

Ragga Dee was weighing in on Lil Pazzo's conflict with Katto Lubwama's estate after redoing his song "Kilabe Ebisso" without permission from his family.
