Musician Ragga Dee had earlier announced a concert set to take place at Serena Hotel on January 24th next year.
However, when King Saha announced his own concert for the same date at Lugogo Cricket Oval, Ragga Dee decided to move his show to January 25th.
Ragga Dee says he made the change to avoid clashing with King Saha and to set a good example for the younger generation of artists.
"I had booked Serena Hotel for January 24th, 2025, a year ago, but I heard about King Saha's show on the same date. So I moved mine to January 25th. I want to be exemplary. It’s not good to have two shows on the same date," he said while performing at the weekly UNMF jam session on Tuesday night.
Ragga Dee believes artists shouldn't compete for concert dates and should give space for one artist to have a show on a given day.
