As musician Carol Nantongo prepares for her maiden concert on December 6 at Hotel Africana, Azawi shared a touching story about their history.
Azawi revealed that Nantogo was the first artist to buy a song from her while she was still in high school.
"She is a very talented artist. Her manager, Judas, paid me 500,000 Uganda shillings, even though the song was never released. I’m grateful for her support. Please show up and support her," Azawi said.
Nantongo is optimistic about the success of her upcoming concert.
