Musician Grenade has gone on his knees and apologized to Jeff Kiiwa for his past shortcomings and insults.
His apology comes months after he publicly hurled insults at the legendary talent manager, branding him "Satan" and other offensive names.
At the time, Grenade claimed that Jeff Kiiwa did not wish him well and expressed regret for ever having a working relationship with the TNS boss.
However, during an interview on Sanyuka Television on Wednesday morning, Grenade apologized to Kiiwa, explaining that his previous remarks were made out of anger.
"Ronnie gave me the song Nkuloga, and I shared it with Jeff, but he was away for two months. Later, he asked me to record the song, and it became a big hit. I was angry last year, but now I’m asking for forgiveness from Jeff Kiiwa for whatever happened," he explained.
Grenade acknowledged that he owes much of his success to Jeff Kiiwa's influence on his career and expressed deep gratitude.
"I recorded my song Waguan, and Pole Wole paid for the video for free. Selector Jay liked the song, and I started performing at Governor. That’s where I met Jeff Kiiwa, and becoming who I am today is largely because of him," he added.
Grenade also revealed that he is considering starting a career in gospel music.
