Recently, Fusion Band music sensational Iryn Namubiru was ordered by the Commercial Court to pay Lyto boss money worth Shs40m after it was ruled against her in the music piracy case.
Lyto Boss’ lawyers of Mpeirwe and Company Advocates dragged Namubiru to the Commercial Court in June this year, after she refused to compensate her for ‘stealing’ his song.
But the good news is, Singer Iryn Namubiru has finally agreed to settle her long kept grudge with Lyto Boss and Catherine Kusasira over the ‘Anjagala’ song out of court.
Howwe has learnt Namubiru has communicated to Lyto Boss’s lawyers on how to well they can settle this and if at all she can be excused some money! The two singers are agreed to be meeting today at UPRS head offices to put an end to this saga.
We will keep you updated.
