Military and anti-riot police have heavily deployed at the International Crimes Division of High court in Kampala as the ruling on the 2010 Kampala twin bombings gets underway.

Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo is today expected to deliver the ruling involving 13 suspects accused of masterminding the Kyadondo Rugby Club and Ethiopian Village Restaurant bombings in Kampala as revelers watched finals of World cup.
On the fateful night, that has since left many families in deep sorrow, 76 lives were lost and scores of other left injured.

The suspects Hussein Hassan Agad, Idris Magondu, Isa Ahamed Luyima, Hassan Haruna Luyima, Abubakari Batematyo, Yahya Suleiman Mbuthia, Habib Suleiman Njoroge, Omar Awadh Omar, Mohammad Hamid Sulaiman, Seleman Hijar Nyamandondo, Mohammad Ali Mohammad and Dr. Ismael Kalule were charged with terrorism, murder, attempted murder and being in possession of accessories for terrorism and belonging to the Somalia based terrorist group, Al Shabaab that is affiliated to Al Qaeda.  
These were today morning driven from Luzira Prisons into the court premises under tight security courtesy of Uganda Prison, Police and military personnel. 
The Judiciary spokesperson, Solomon Muyita says the deployment is normal given the nature of the case.
