President Yoweri Museveni has arrived at Lugogo UMA show grounds for the 24th Uganda international trade fair.
The event started on Monday 3rd October and will run until 10th October 2016. Museveni is expected to officially open it.
According to Amelia Kyambadde they minister of trade, this year’s trade fair is running under the theme; “empowering women parity in manufacturing.”
She explains that the theme reflects need for increased support to women in manufacturing.
Abid Alam, chairman Advisory Council at international trade, says empowering women in business can enable us to realize a more vibrant economy.
This event showcases product from Hand, Machine & Garden Tools, Home Furnishings & Home Textiles, Architecture & Designing, Real Estate Agents, Household Services industries.
