At least one more person has succumbed to injuries from a shooting that happened on Wednesday afternoon at Cheap Hardware in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District.
Two people died on spot when 6 thugs traveling on three motorcycles, masked and armed with three AK 47 Rifles attacked and robbed the hardware in broad day light.
The thugs killed Atikuru Jimmy, the Assistant manager of the store and Frank Mutsinda A. This morning, one of the victims that had been rushed to Mulago, identified as Bugembe Amin succumbed to the gunshot wounds.
Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson Patrick Onyango says three people have so far been arrested to help with investigations. He however did not reveal their names so as not to jeopardize the investigations which are ongoing.
One person is still at Mulago recovering from the wounds.
