The police at Entebbe are investigating the death of Kahumo Christian, a 23 year old Congolese and second year student of software engineering at Sapali Institute of Technology and Management.
The deceased was a resident of Bugiri-Bukasa village, Katabi Town Council in Wakiso District.
According to Luke Owoyesigyire the Deputy PRO KMP, it is alleged that on Thursday 14th 07, 2022, Kahumo's classmate realized that he had missed lectures for two days.
This prompted the classmate to look for him at his rented room, where he was discovered dead.
The body was picked by police and conveyed to city mortuary Mulago for postmortem.
Owoyesigyire says they have also recorded statements and the incident is currently under investigation as a sudden death since no physical marks were detected on his body.
