Vice President Jessica Alupo to deliver speech on health issues on behalf of President Museveni, who is currently abroad on official business.
The address will start at 8pm today Saturday, Dec 17, 2022 and will air on all TV stations.
According to a statement from deputy presidential press secretary Faruk Kirunda, Vice President Jessica Alupo will give the address on behalf of President Museveni, who is currently out of the country on official business.
President Museveni is currently in the United States attending the US-Africa Leaders Summit.
He has had various meetings with other leaders on the sidelines of the summit, covering topics such as security, democracy, and human rights.
