Lt. Col. Paddy Ankunda, the UPDF spokesperson has this morning trashed as rumors, reports that the CDF (Chief of defense forces) Maj. Katumba Wamala is very sick and admitted at Nakasero hospital.
Social media was filled with all kinds of sympathetic messages addressed to the CDF with people wishing him a quick recovery.
The strange message however, whose origin is yet to be discovered was trashed by Lt. Col. Paddy Ankuda who communicated via social media too, that Gen Katumba Wamala was holed up in a meeting this more.
Lt. Col. Ankunda also asked the country to ignore rumors that he had been admitted at Nakasero hospital.
